The short story
Most agents don't need more leads. They need the leads they already paid for to be cleaned, followed up and reported on, every day, without them in the loop. That is the work I do.
I work your business hours from the Philippines, overnight in Baguio, so your inbox, CRM and campaigns move while you are showing homes. I take on at most two new clients a month, because systems work done properly takes attention.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce, major in Management, from Saint Louis University, Baguio.

Why a pawn
The weakest piece on the board.
Every game starts with the pawns out in front. They are the weakest pieces on the board. They move one square at a time, they can't go back, and most of them never reach the other side.
That is where I started. What got me across wasn't a shortcut. It was years of night shifts on American hours, and pain, sacrifice and loss along the way, one square at a time.
A pawn that reaches the last row becomes a queen, the strongest piece in the game. The gold pawn is here to remember both ends of that road: where I began, and what patience turned it into.
One more reason: my son's godfather wanted to name him Pon.
Where it started
One square at a time.
During the pandemic this business ran from a desk at home in Baguio, with the two boys I was responsible for beside me.
